Here we go again.

February 12, Brownsville.

The season started today with the premiere show at 6 o'clock. Lines of people, both shows packed, as it was with Circus Chimera's premieres. The frenzy then petered out quickly; tomorrow will tell if the Kelly Miller Circus fares better; if last year's attendance is any sign, it should.
From now on our nights belong to the circus.
How quickly you forget when you're living your life on the outside.

HA! that cracks me up.

I'm sure you miss your new house already, but I wish you all a great season—I hope to meet you this summer in Massachusetts.

Actually I don't...
We only got to spend barely more than a week in it because the work took so long, and I couldn't wait to get back to my home of so many years.
My Mom told me the night we were back in the trailer, with a smile: you must be happy right now... She does know me.
I love the house, but most of all for the garden. Houses seem just such a waste of space now, or is it that the circus bug has really bitten me after all?
Hope to see you too, finally.
